If I understand this correctly, you have never given into self harming? If your having thoughts about it, I don’t mean a fleeting thought once and a while. I mean it’s constantly on your mind, you can’t think about anything else. If yes, you will have a problem. I suggest you tell someone, keeping it bottled up is just going to make it harder for you to cope with xx
